Dr. Dylan Brittain DC
Dr. Dylan Brittain grew up in Port Neches, Texas, where his appreciation for family, community, and an active lifestyle first began. He went on to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio and Lamar University, where he studied Exercise Science and developed a deeper interest in health, performance, and human potential.
That passion eventually led him to Parker University in Dallas, where he earned both his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and his Master’s in Pediatric Musculoskeletal Health and Performance. During his time in chiropractic school, Dr. Dylan developed a strong passion for helping families better understand the role of the nervous system in growth, development, healing, and overall function.
Dr. Dylan has pursued additional training through The Pediatric Experience and the ICPA, and he is Webster Certified. These experiences have deepened his passion for caring for moms, babies, kids, and growing families through gentle, specific, neurologically focused chiropractic care. He believes chiropractic is not just about helping people get out of pain, but about helping the body function the way it was designed to.
For Dr. Dylan, chiropractic is more than a profession. His heart is to help families better understand their health, feel confident in their care, and build a strong foundation for long-term wellness. That passion is what drew Dr. Dylan and his wife, Haven, to Roanoke. They were drawn to the outdoor lifestyle, family-friendly culture, and strong sense of community that make the Roanoke Valley such a special place to call home.
Outside of the office, Dr. Dylan enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, exploring new places, and learning more about health and wellness. He is incredibly excited to plant roots in Roanoke and serve the families of this community through Ascend Chiropractic.
Haven Brittain
Haven grew up in Richardson, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, where her love for children, families, and serving others began at a young age. As the oldest of five, and through years of babysitting and caring for children in her community, Haven developed a natural heart for nurturing, encouraging, and connecting with families.
Her interest in health began through her own personal health journey. After walking through health challenges of her own, Haven became curious about the “why” behind symptoms and how the body was designed to heal, adapt, and function. That search eventually led her to discover neurologically focused chiropractic, which became a turning point in the way she viewed health and the body’s ability to thrive.
Haven’s passion for chiropractic continued to grow during her time at Parker University in Dallas, where she met Dr. Dylan. While he completed his chiropractic degree, Haven began working as a chiropractic assistant and quickly developed an appreciation for the role of chiropractic in helping families feel seen, supported, and cared for.
As the office manager at Ascend Chiropractic, Haven helps create the warm, welcoming experience families feel from the moment they walk through the door. She loves getting to know each person who comes into the office, celebrating wins along the way, and helping make care feel simple, comfortable, and personal.
Outside of the office, Haven enjoys spending time outdoors, caring for her fur babies, learning about gardening and holistic living, and finding simple ways to care for the environment. She is so excited to call Roanoke home, connect with local families, and serve the community alongside Dr. Dylan through Ascend Chiropractic.
